I needed an urgent appointment for root canal so I would not have to cancel an up-coming knee replacement surgery due to a dental infection. I was given an appointment for 3 hours later, all arranged while I was on my way to St Cloud from Mora for a different appointment. My dental work truly was painless, including the dreaded novocaine injections. Thank you for everything!

Not going to lie, I was nervous leading up to the day of my root canal. I didn't experience any pain prior to the appointment, was told though by my dentist that it a root canal was needed. Dr. Shay explained everything as did the hygienist that was assisting (I forgot her name but she was just as helpful). I did my research on how a root canal is performed but still had some reservations about getting it done (grew up with all the stories of how "bad" they were). I can honestly say I felt nothing at all for pain or discomfort with any part of the procedure. I hope to not ever need another root canal but if I ever do I know where I'll schedule it and who I'd prefer to complete it.

They would be my first choice to come to if I need help again. I would also request the same dentist. He was great. I can’t remember the name of the woman who greeted me and helped with my paperwork and other concerns I had. She was so kind, informative and best of all I could tell she likes people and she likes her job. She was training in a new worker and I watched and she was great training her too. Great River is lucky to have her.
