Clinic and staff are great. I have 2 concerns, one is that on every phone call I was told to expect to pay xxx amount of dollars. I understand the need to collect cash as I am a retired optometrist, but it may seem that your number one concern may not be for the patient, but for their money. The other concern is for the doctor I saw. I was in to seem him twice and I couldn’t tell you what he looks like. Both times he sat behind me as he looked at his monitor and talked. I don’t believe we ever had eye contact as I couldn’t crank my head around that far.

I appreciated how quickly you were able to get me in to see the doctor when my dentist called to get me in. I also greatly appreciated the directness of the doctor as to what my options were as that helped me make a decision to not proceed with the root canal and instead remove the tooth. The money I save in doing this extra step will go towards the implant I plan to get.

Though I dreaded this procedure, I was immediately put at ease by the warm and friendly staff there. Dr. Saylor was gentle as he and his assistant worked together on a stubborn molar. Dr. Saylor saved my tooth and my crown and I was thrilled!

Ultimately, I got squeezed in as an urgent patient. The staff are amazing, the doctor I met with was very kind, and went over my options, presenting me with best/worst case scenario. I did not end up having a procedure done that day, even though they were ready and willing. My overall visit and staff interaction was very positive, and very helpful.
