Was a great visit with the exception of the x-rays. Time needed for the procedure was kept to a minimum and the dentist was very thorough and kept me abreast of how the procedure works.

Dr Papworth and his assistant were great - I really appreciated that he introduced himself on my first visit -- some doctors forget that simple greeting is so important. He was very good at explaining what he would be doing during the consultation and good at explaining what he was doing while he was doing the procedure. I felt like he made sure all steps were covered and was thorough. And I appreciated that he took time to answer all my questions.

Been several years since my last root canal and I was dreading it. Doc Lund and his assistant (Sarah if I remember) were great and put me at ease and explained whole process. Quite honestly was no worse than a routine filling.
